Video interview with Tara Moss: Best-selling paranormal and crime author



Recently we had the pleasure of interviewing Tara Moss about her new novel, The Spider Goddess. The Spider Goddess is the latest edition to her best-selling supernatural series, featuring Pandora English. As the second book in the series after The Blood Countess, it continues Pandora’s story as she balances work in the New York fashion industry with an unorthodox life where talking to the dead is an everyday occurrence.

Tara, who was a fashion model before turning to writing, is also responsible for the very successful Mak Vanderwell series of five crime novels such as Fetish and Split. She likes to keeps busy writing articles on current affairs and women’s issues, and blogging at The Book Post. And as an avid reader herself, she interviews authors on her cable show, 13th Street Universal.

Not only that, she’s also a new mum to 10 month old Sapphira. She talks to us about her latest book, how to build suspense, sustaining a character for a whole book series, her extensive research and how she weaves it into every story and her tips to writers.
